I've been getting these horrible stomach aches that wakes me up in the middle of the night. SoOoOoooo painful it hurts dead center under my chest area and it makes me sweat. Also woke up with a bad sore throat. I notice the pain is worse when I don't have anything in my stomach. Couldn't take it any longer so I had to call the doctor and go in for a check up.
Scared me, she said that if I had a fever and if the pain was to the right of where the pain was it couldn've been gallstones. On top of that, I was taking ibuprofen for the past week for my wisdom pulls and said that this med could cause stomach problems and possibly ulcers if I continued it. Doc said that I may have reflux and a lot of acid, and that's the reason I have a sore throat as well. I've been put on new meds for my stomach pains for the past 3 days now. It's somewhat working, Mylanta does wonders! I still feel the pain, it's just not as frequent as before. Hope it goes away soon, it's very uncomfortable and I'm tired from waking up in the middle of the night!
