Why do stuff inside my sandwich always fall out when I try to take a bite!

I get sooo sad when stuff falls out of my sandwich just before taking a bite into it. Same thing with burgers! It's like I want to eat you but you won't let me eat you! Makes me want to smash it like the Hulk in Avengers.

Dog Alarm!

So I slept in on sunday til about 11am. My damn dog was whining downstairs and stomping her feet like a kid to wake me up. If that doesn't work, she goes to her crate to scratch it. It's so loud! That jerk. 

I have a shoe dilemma haha

I wore flats today. my right ankle will is a bit bigger/swollenish from the metal. so right foot looks like marshmallows filling the shoe while left foot is kinda lose fitting.
